How can I track my order?
After ordering a product, you will receive (2-3 days) a shipping confirmation. To track your order, go to our “Track Your Order” page and enter your order number and email address. It may take some time for the data to update.
Note: there is sometimes a display problem, if you cannot track your order directly, try using only the order number (without entering an email address).
How long does it take to receive my order?
Depending on where you live, it takes between 10 and 21 days for standard delivery (excluding processing days).
Sometimes packages go missing, but this is very rare.
If more than a month has passed and you still have not received your order, please contact us again at support@marihanne.com. We will be happy to reship your order and give you a discount code as compensation.
NOTE [UPDATED 01/31]: Due to the success of our latest exclusive promotion and increased volume, we are experiencing an increase in order processing times of up to 2 additional weeks.
We are doing everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible and send you your order as quickly as possible. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by any delays.

I entered the wrong name or address, what should I do?
If, unfortunately, you have made an error in your address or name that may affect shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at support@marihanne.com on the same day and mention it in the subject line. that you made a mistake.
